Availability and Fees

Monday and Tuesday appointments are in Cambridge and Wednesday appointments are in Stamford. Appointment are available both in-person and remotely.

Fees for Psychotherapy:

CBT daytime: Weekdays (10-4:30): £105   
Evenings (after 16:30hrs) £110
Sundays and Bank Holidays are available by prior arrangement only: £125
EMDR weekday sessions are available at either venue (10-4:30): 

• £125 for a 60 min session

• £155 for a 90 minute session

 

Please speak to me if you wish to block book 6 sessions where you can receive 10% discount or if you book more than 6 sessions as this will qualify for a 15% discount. All block bookings must be paid for in advance to qualify for discounts.

All sessions last between 30 -55 minutes and will incur the fees below. These fees also apply to all initial assessment appointments and irrespective of session duration.
If sessions are over 55 mins and up to 65 mins, then no additional fees will be charged.

I do not offer free assessment appointments as I believe there is therapeutic value in the assessment enabling us to work together to understand your difficulties and agreeing whether to work together, as this underpins collaborative therapy.

All fees are payable in advance through BACS payment or by cash on the day. Please ask for bank details if you wish to pay by BACS.

Refunds
Where fees paid in advance and the session is attended, these are non-refundable.
Fees paid in advance will only be refunded if there is more than 48hrs advanced notice of cancellation of the appointment, unless you choose to use it towards the next session booked.
All fees are non-refundable if you decide that you do not wish to proceed with therapy after the initial sessions.
Fees are non-refundable where sessions last between 30-55 mins.
 
Therapy sessions are booked in good faith, consequently the appointment cannot be offered to anyone else, therefore late cancellations and/or missed appointments lead to loss of income.

CBT Supervision
Individual supervision sessions are charged at £90 per 1 hour session, with the same cancellation policy as therapy sessions.

Cancellation Policy
All appointments cancelled more than 24hrs before the appointment, will not be charged. Any sessions cancelled with less than 24hrs notice, will be charged in full. Any appointments that are unattended, without contact, will be charged in full.
Please be aware that all fees will be payable either prior to or at the beginning of next session.

Insurance Companies
Insurance companies do not pay for missed appointments, therefore, please be aware that cancellation fees will be charged directly to the member to be settled in full.
